Review: Not satisfied with overall order. I do not receive all the items that I paid for and after so much effort trying to reach customer support. I was given a refund into my SHEIN wallet and told it was a gesture of good faith and they didn’t believe I had items missing. It seems as there is no margin for human error in the world of SHEIN. I told the the packaging slip was different to the amount packed in the parcel and explained everything. I am very disappointed in this whole experience and the way the indicated that anyone would waste their time on trying to get such a small amount refunded if it wasn’t in-fact justified!
